I had em'd them to arrange special items for our arrival..my em's were acknoeledged and I was informed someone would reply but I never heard back.i then em'd the general mgr but agaun, never heard bk. Disappointing for what sb a 5star hotel.

The grounds are nicely maintained and provide very pleasant views. The rooms are comfortable. And, the service is excellent. The staff is obviously well trained and managed.
On site dining options are good; and the service is excellent. But the prices are too high -- making it obvious that the resort feels it can get away with over charging for its restuarants since local (off the property) dining choices are few.
